    Legacy Nvidia Graphics Drivers Not Available in 20.5

    　

    My Lenovo V470 laptop uses Nvidia GT 520m graphics drivers

    1. Nvidia divers for GT 520m were available on Deepin 20.4
    2. Need Nvidia Driver : NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-390.147
    3. Unable to source this version from the repository. Is it obsolete?
    4. Are you able to supply the driver file I can point the graphics card to in the devise manager?

    this version might be too new to your card,you should try to change to the 4.19kernel,and install nvidia-legacy-340xx-driver

    Hi Ziggy

    Thanks for the advice. Can I ask the following:

    How do I change the kernel?

    If I change the kernel, will the legacy driver be in the ppa?

    Can I not use the legacy driver on the current kernel? I love the other features and everything else works well. It is only the graphics that are an issue.
