    sudo apt install linux-cpupower

    # 设置cpu为省电模式

    sudo cpupower -c all frequency-set -g powersave

    # 查看当前cpu模式及频率

    cpupower frequency-info

    解压缩后进入这个文件夹、，然后调出命令行界面，执行：sudo dpkg -i *.deb

    安装成功后重新启动就是5.11.22的新内核
