[Seek Help] language Switcher vanished from setting & its icon vanished from panel

After upgrading v20.01 from v20 beta, I felt the missing input method switcher icon on the panel. it has vanished but the language switcher shortcut was working. But after the last update (v20.2.1) language switcher shortcut is missing too. I can't switch my writing language using the shortcut. Every time I have to go setting and change it.
