    插件ifxnet1.1.0-1

    试了最新版发现还是一样，没网时不会占位，有网才会。

    希望能固定位宽。

    这个插件 xmuli 大佬改版过，新版本 lfxSpeed 在商店里上架了，重新安装试试看。有问题可以去大佬的仓库反馈，如果大佬有时间的话应该会回复。
