    该启动U盘在旧的电脑上可以启动。

    是的，就是硬件太新的原因。

    建议放弃deepin，如果你喜欢Linux，建议使用其他发行版。

    deepin 对新硬件支持不太好，虽说你这个问题应该可以解决
