解决方法如下：
1、sudo apt reinstall dde-control-center
2、由升级不完全引起，需要运行以下命令，安装剩余的软件包：
sudo apt update
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt dist-upgrade
亲测了一下，可以修复问题

看着真是奇怪了 在升级过程中有没有报错？ 还是一路成功结果有问题。
