发热好严重, cpu 频率啥都没干都很高，基本在 1500 以上 

我已经尝试过的方法 ： 

1. 编辑 grub ，禁用 intel_pstate=disable 

2. 使用 cpufrequtils 进行调整，调成 powersave 模式 

3. 禁用窗口特效

4. 使用闭源显卡驱动 

但是都无效，频率还是稳定在 1500 以上， 在什么都没干的时候 ，出风口特别热， 真怕我的 cpu 烧掉;  求大神帮忙看下， 刚买的 thinkpadE14
