Now it is installed after replacing the EFI files from Ubuntu but after install it restart and shows a black screen again

How to create shortcut like in Windows? 
This OS is awesome but I am frustrated with there support. I reported an issue thousands of time via email, forum and other medium but they did not respond.
My issue is simple that I want to install this on my ASUS Laptop and when I boot it then only black screen appears. I have tried different booting apps like venoty, rufus, deepin boot maker and many more but same issue. I also tried Deepin 15.11 and same issue for this one.
Other Linux OS ISO are working fine only issue is with this Chines ISO (OS).
