This OS is awesome but I am frustrated with there support. I reported an issue thousands of time via email, forum and other medium but they did not respond.
Looks like chines don't understand English.
My issue is simple that I want to install this on my ASUS Laptop and when I boot it then only black screen appears. I have tried different booting apps like venoty, rufus, deeping boot make and many more but same issue. I also tried Deepin 15.11 and same issue for this one.
Other Linux OS ISO are working fine only issue is with this Chines ISO (OS).
