源里面 nvidia-legacy 驱动都没更新，估计不适配 5.10 内核。需要自己去 Debian buster-backports 仓库看看，或者像版主说的降级内核。

这个要根据硬件来换了，只能自己实践出兼容内核了，apt search +内核版本(5.11/5.10/5.8等），找到自己想换的内核版本，安装对应的软件包
