    老电脑，装的deepin系统，这次升级20.2后明显感觉系统慢了半拍，点设置图标，图标在动，可是设置的界面却打不开，又得重新安装系统了，觉得应该是内核问题，想问问仅仅更新程序，不升级内核可以吗？
