    浏览器垂直滚动条在你们哪里没有异常吗, 只能滚轮向下滚动, 或者鼠标对准滚动条然后按住才能拖动.

    如果鼠标移动在滚动条上的空白区域(滚动条右侧能看到一条大约1像素的空白区域), 或者移动到滚动条正下方的空白区域. 都无法拖动滚动条位置.
