我问了 360，客服说这个功能需要付费才能开启。不然就算你 flags 里面设置了，浏览器一样屏蔽，在 chrome://gpu 里面看，确实是没有开启的。

视频硬解功能，Chrome 免费，360 浏览器要收费？360 不就是 Chrome 套壳吗？国产软件这样搞，搞得我支持国产的信心有点动摇了。
手机上的 360 也是。小米手机一直提醒我，360 浏览器在背后偷偷运行，不知道在干什么。
