这个我想到过，我在rc.local里面加了 service network-manager stop 和service networking restart ，之后是执行ifconfig的命令，但还是会出现占用情况。

通过ifconfig设置网卡ip后，断开网线重启电脑，网卡启动失败，显示网卡 设备或资源忙 。
暂时怀疑是网卡驱动或者network-manager的问题。有大哥有解决方案吗
