    解决方案：

    把当前用户添加到 vboxusers 组就可以了

    sudo adduser $用户名 vboxusers

    注销用户再次登录，OK，一切正常了。

    你VBox给分的什么配置啊，我i7-8750H给分了4个核心4G内存，感觉卡的要死。。。
