The Deepin ID is designed for Deepin account (like Apple ID) management. It keeps you login when installing apps from Deepin Store, so that you can synchronize the application configurations between different desktops.

Normally it is not activated if you are not logged in with Deepin ID. The connection shown in iftop may be issued by Control Center to check if you have an viable connection to the internet (so that you can login to the server after while).
