我也遇到过，而且强制重启后输入密码还是黑屏，重装了好几次，影响工作，现在换win10了~

通过一些方法进入，但是分辨率什么的都不能调~~~~

如果还有问题，也不能排除是显卡驱动和显卡型号不兼容
