系统更新到最新了吗？内核版本是5.10.5-amd64-desktop+ 吗?是系统应用商店下载安装的吗？卸载微信后重新安装如果还是不行试试星火商店的微信版本。

从图片中看，感觉好像是微信卸载后残留的桌面文件。你看一下启动器中还有“微信”的启动快捷方式吗？

要是没有，就重新安装一次；

要是有，就试试在启动器中的“微信”能否启动？

能启动就重新生成一个桌面快捷方式；

不能启动，就卸载当前版本，重新安装。
