That doesn't work: the minute you log out, it changes back.

Before upgrading to 20.1, I have my notification icon furthest right on the dock with the trash icon just to the left of it. Immediately after I upgraded to 20.1, it switched them so that the trash is the rightmost icon and it won't let me switch them back. Any ideas?
