可以，这个也可以，一楼发的那个程序也可以，
反而系统自带的平衡模式有问题

刚装完20，发现风扇狂转，cpu频率过高，cpu是锐龙3500U，
然后发现只有省电模式是powersave，cpu频率能压下来
而平衡模式和高性能模式中，cpu频率模式都是performance，风扇狂转
明明模式选conservative或者ondemand甚至schedutil都能自动调节cpu频率，不至于一直狂奔发热状态，平衡模式为什么要采用这么高cpu频率的模式
