    在使用美国ip访问 packages.deepin.com 时，会出现证书错误。

    经检查，此时 packages.deepin.com 的证书为 deepin.org，如图所示

    中国也一样证书错误，没交钱就会有错误，https的证书需要交钱才能正确

    应当是 deepin.com 的 cdn 相关问题，似乎解析到 德国ip（94.130.49.186）会出现问题
