Upgrading your system can't let apps be replaced automatically. You must install new apps manually.
If you install Deepin from deepin1010.iso image,Deepin browser,Deepin Mail,Disk Manager will be default applications.
New app and Old app have different package name,so replacing automatically doesn't works.
I think that those apps are depended by DDE, but the new dde didn't depend them
Since they are no loonger considered depended, maybe dpkg removed them automatically
Hello, everyone. Among numerous improvements coming to version 1010, we are going to have some new default applications which will replace the previous ones - Deepin browser instead of Firefox, Mail instead of Thunderbird and Disk Manager instead of GParted. After having upgraded my system, will I have to manually uninstall the old applications or they will be automatically replaced by the new ones? Thanks in advance.
