终端中打开vscode无法输入中文，以前使用utools打开QQ微信无法输入中文，还以为是utools问题，今天使用终端打开 vscode 也无法输入中文，命令 ： code .
从右键菜单打开文件可以输入中文，从开始菜单启动的应该也是正常的。![[开心]](/assets/image/raccoon/[joy].gif)
