我现在也切换不了音频输出了，难受。

谢谢，我使用物理方法解决![[哈哈]](https://img.t.sinajs.cn/t35/style/images/common/face/ext/normal/6a/laugh.gif)
，先接上外接显示器，把主显示设为笔记本屏幕，然后通过插入耳机让系统自动切换成机耳机，然后重启电脑，系统就不会调用hdmi的声音输出，最后拔掉外接显示器就可以了
