Deepin 15.11 is not maintained any more. It's recommended to upgrade to Deepin 20, or use UbuntuDDE 20.04 if you'd like to use an older version of DDE.

Hello,
I want to upgrade my OS so that I can install newer software (e.g./i.e., newer .deb aps).
I don't want to upgrade to Deepin 20
I, for example, want to be able to install latest software like "pulseaudio_13.0-5_amd64" and "pulseeffects_4.8.0-1_amd64". They both need newer versions of some apps, which if I upgrade, I'm afraid they would break the system.
How do I do that?
PS: I have Deepin 15.11 OS
