    使用VMware的虚拟环境安装了深度2.0，上网没有问题，但是使用“应用商店”安装程序一直不成功，总是显示：安装失败，请重试。

    有没有人遇到过这种情况？请问是怎么解决的？

    1003环境 我特地马上去试了一下  安装了讯飞输入法没有问题。。。

    我是走商店直接下载的。。

    你尝试用命令安装  你安装的是什么程序？

    随便那个应用都不可以。（我用的是VMware  Workstation 15 Player）

    你是点了安装更新补丁 或者运行了apt update   upgrade这类命令了  dpkg被锁住  这边安装不了

    没有啊，我安装完操作系统，就进入应用商店安装软件了，没有做其他任何操作
