非常感谢，按照楼主所给的链接，已经解决了谷歌浏览器不能登陆问题。
chrome://flags/里，
SameSite by default cookies 和
Cookies without SameSite must be secure，
都设置成disable，就可以登陆了

1、火狐浏览器中国版：头像位置登陆/退出为英文，输入用户名和密码，登陆成功
