    我工作真没什么复杂的，主要打一些资料用，用之.11习惯了，要不是WPS打开有点费劲我就不安装20了，这回好彻底歇菜了

    试试用打印机管理 安装看看，如果可以安装 看看故障提示什么

    打印机问题我也是认清了 如果没有幸运值，恰好自己的机器有对应的驱动，基本就是无解 ，不抱希望

    我家就是hp的打印机，上电后，系统自动扫描，然后安装的驱动，然后，打印测试页没反应，然后，拔掉打印机usb插头，再插上，然后就一切ok了。
