    想在UOS 中安装神通数据，但是放入光驱无法自动运行，点击SETUP也无法运行，想进入命令行模式，不知如何进去？

    SETUP的应该是windows系统常用的名字吧，linux用install，所以你在UOS应该没办法安装。
