2020-09-24 21:29 deepin ...问题临时解决了，在启动系统的时候 选择 deepin 20 GNU/Linux ,with Linux 4.15.0-29deepin-generic 启动后，有线网卡生效。
之前走默认的， 使用的是with Linux 5.4.50-amd-desktop ,导致有线网卡驱动不生效，
由于是工作电脑暂时先不纠结了， 还是用4.15.0 先正常使用吧，看后续论坛有没有什么解决方案没有。。

应该是新内核移除了这个文件，按照issue里最后的patch那样改下条件编译的语句吧
