    这个我遇到过，是我在安装flatpak之后出现的，看英文是自动更新程序，用命令卸载它就没了 。

    感谢楼上的兄弟，我没有装  flatpak，不是这个问题，我也没找到什么问题，突然就出现这个了，还好解决了，要不然我这种强迫症，要郁闷死了。
    在系统监视器->系统服务里面搜索 upgrade ，然后把它禁用就可以了
