    自己有长时间不关电脑的习惯，win10一般都是一个星期左右才会关一次。deepin早上开机，晚上锁屏，到第二天中午就会卡的idea上输代码都反应半天。内存占用都要100%了

    安装了什么数据库服务了吧？我也有过两三天不关的经历，内存占用是正常的。
