    准确来说一直都是，终端代理好像只能手动用 export http_proxy=xxxxxxxxxxxxx 加环境变量生效。

    我之前老版的终端是可以的，今天升级换成新版的终端就不行了

    发现功能还有，只是现在设置后必须将所有终端关闭再打开才行，以前只需重新打开新的终端窗口就行
