    更新后最低亮度10%   用了几天后眼睛开始有点不舒服了   不能调低吗..

    也得到晚上才有用   商店里也找不到红移这个软件了

    关掉自动调节色温,命令xrandr --output eDP-1 --brightness 0.75就可以生效了
    其中eDP-1是当前显示器,输入xrandr可以看到,  最后参数不能低于0.1不然屏幕会黑
