1、新硬盘，U盘安装成功，采用全盘安装。
2、运行了一个未知应用，系统打不开，强制关机。
3、重新开机，无法进入系统。选择回退到........失败，总是开机进入维护模式，反复
4、选择重装，62%失败...

先在优盘里装一个deepin live，然后进分区管理器，删除里面的所有分区（！此过程会一并删除其中的数据！），再次制作启动盘重装系统

试试用windows系统pe启动盘启动电脑，用diskgenius 删除分区重新分区，在安装试试

似乎安装的时候没有挂载 /boot/efi

看了你的错误提示，有可能是EFI引导区错误导致的，我貌似也遇到过，建议你用优盘进入winPE系统，将你的要安装系统的盘完全格式化，然后用硬盘分区软件重建EFI引导分区，然后重装deepin。可以参考我的系统安装教程帖子https://bbs.deepin.org/post/197659#

我也遇到过这种情况，好像用diskgenius重建硬盘引导，修复硬盘错误，然后安装成功。你可以试试
