    各位有没有安装完V20用了一段时间突然电脑没有声音了，系统声音也没有了，这个应该怎么解决？

    请问你是装的双系统吗？如果是双系统的话，从win不要重启进入deepin，应该彻底关机后进入deepin试试

    bug反馈，使用上述方法还是没能解决问题。我的状况是开机后音频正常，待机后重启正常，但是注销后重新登录DDE、pavucontrol均检测不到声卡，而使用alsamixer可以看到声卡。

    同样的问题……
    alsamixer和设备管理器中能识出声卡，但是设置中声音->高级设置里输入/输出列表是空白的……
    请问最后解决没？

    用 Deepin V20 作启动盘重新安装，解决了声音和蓝牙问题……看来以后要么全新安装，要么用旧的，升版本产生的问题太难解决了，鼓捣了一整天……
