    两个原因
    1、下载镜像有问题
    2、制作的u盘有问题
    解决方法
    重新下载，重新制作u盘

    镜像下载过两次，并且进行了镜像检验，均未出现问题，制作u盘，采用了两种方法，多次制作u盘，每一次都刚好卡在63%不偏不倚
