The only thing that keeps me glued to the Microsoft ecosystem is I need to create an application of my own running .NET framework.  I only have the requirement that I must be able to draw lines and rectangles to a bitmap, zoom it in 2x/3x and display the bitmap on the screen.  

I hoping Deepin could help users like me switch to using Linux fulltime by including some kind of IDE that allows me to easily create my own apps without relying on the .NET framework, etc.
