    Hey everyone,

    I want to ask if it is possible for the staff to delete deepin IDs.
    I have an old account that is no longer in use and wanted to ask if it can be deleted.
    It would mean a lot to me if that would be possible since I really dislike having unused logins.

    I sadly found no option to delete one's account so I wanted to ask the communty and staff if something like this would be possible.

    that's a problem,  i think the deeplinux is in development. It hopes that more users will use it. The function of deleting account information is not currently provided, and it is estimated that this function will be improved in the future. FYI, thank you.

    But I meant about deleting the ID alltogether

    It is more about worries of personal information and such. Which is why it was pretty important to me.Which is also why I'm looking if there is a way to talk with some admin or so that could help me in this :/

    What I said is how to delete the ID.Maybe what I decibe is not accurate because I am not an English man,there is a option to delete the ID。

    First thank you so much for trying to help me with this.
    I wasn't able to find what you mean. I don't mean deleting the ID from deepinOS but deleting the account from the website.

    I tried but it seems this is only possible for china mainland accounts :/

    I will try contacting an admin but that isn't easy.
