    如图，在锁屏登录界面放置一段时间后，出现键盘无法输入，无法输入密码，无法按ctrl+alt+del键，鼠标可以移动，但是点击界面上的任何按钮无反应，除了按电源键硬关机外还有其他处理办法吗？
