    换源，换源。。。或者控制中心-更新-更新设置，关闭最下面的智能镜像源，在镜像源中选择一个快的。。。

    已解决；
    崩溃是指这个软件无法运行，并不是下载速度

    是整个页面就一个X，无法移动窗口等操作

    解决方案很简单，就清空一下对应的缓存就行
