【求助】如何保留Windows10快速启动，又能让deepin系统写入ntfs

我有两块硬盘，一块硬盘装Windows。一块硬盘装deepin
deepin那块盘分了4个区，一个EFI 300M，一个交换分区，一个系统分区EXT4，剩下的格式化为NTFS，目的是为了让Windows10和deepin同时读写这个区。但是Windows10关机后会锁住NTFS分区，只能读，不能写，要写入只能关闭快速启动。
有没有办法让那个区被Windows和linux 同时识别 又 不被锁住 又 让我保留Windows10快速开机？

那好吧，fat不如exfat，fat不支持4g+。
现在电脑不支持exfat了
