可以从第三步开始，我总结一下。
1.下载WiFi驱动包
2.执行：
make
sudo make install
sudo modprobe -a 8821ce

3.重启
完善驱动:

为什么有这一部呢？？？
是因为安装完成后WiFi只能链接一次，链接其他WiFi
要重启，要重启，要重启。
重要的说三遍。可以接受的跳过。
