外接部分显示器后无法正常显示的解决办法

原因：
外接显示器后，主机不支持使用的默认分辨率&刷新率
比如我的笔记本连接到电视后，默认HDMI口使用的是1360×768分辨率，刷新率60.02
而我笔记本支持的最接近的分辨率为：1360x768 59.80 59.96 ，所以才导致电视找不到信号
解决方法：
使用xrandr手动设置分辨率：xrandr --output HDMI-1 --mode 1920x1080
