    Excuse me, can someone tell me if deepin supports kingston 480 GB ssd as a primarly and solely hdd and ryzen 5 amd gpu processors? also how much gb of memory RAM can deepin support?

    I´m trying to install it on my new Asus Vivobook, but it has a problem of not recognizing all the memory ram, ryzen 5 amd gpu and not shutting down correctly.

    The Asus Vivobook characteristics are: Ryzen 5 AMD GPU, 12 GB of RAM, a Kingston 480 GB SSD.

    About shutdown issue ,you can update your bios to lasted version.
