    Hi, I'm using deepin 15.11. And I have noticed a very annoying bug. Whenever you set the clock to AM/PM It automatically reverts back to 24 Hours format after reboot.

    My case is just the opposite, always changes to 12h.
    Now I'm using the plugin and it works great!
