    安装speedtest出错，之前自己动过py2.7，不知道是不是这个原因，想重装一下2.7

    可以用anaconda安装好后，3.7.3会 覆盖2.7

    当然可以重装，但注意不要删除，因为一些系统包依赖它。
    如果系统python不能满足要求时，可以自己额外装个python，是可以共存的，比如ananconda

    直接安装anaconda，就有最新版的python 3.x了，不建议 还是用python  2.x
