Launcher question - can I disable highlighting in full screen mode?

Thanks for Deepin and DDE!
It is possible to modify launcher settings to disable icon highlighting when the launcher is in expanded mode? Either by config file, DBUS setting, or other?
I prefer it the "Mac way" where the mouse cursor moves smoothly as guided by the mouse / touchpad rather than "jumping" along the icon grid.
