Where are sys.log, kern.log, dmesg log files?!?!?

I've just looked in the /var/log folder and discovered that practically none of the log files available here with every other Linux, are available! Log files are essential in helping to resolve issues with an OS.  Has Deepin developers moved them elsewhere, or, horrors of horrors, removed them entirely?

If you want to see syslog and kern.log, you should install rsyslog:
  1. sudo apt install -y rsyslog
Copy the Code

And /var/log/dmesg has been removed, see: https://askubuntu.com/questions/ ... -go-in-xenial-16-04

Thanks for the info.  Good to know that the files can still be accessed.
