15.11桌面非常卡，反应慢

刚开始把系统装在移动硬盘上好好的，使用过程中偶尔会卡顿一下
昨天把笔记本硬盘压缩出40G的空间来，做成了双系统
结果进桌面就卡死，重启了N次，终于在桌面可以点点点了，但是还是很卡，参照网上说的，添加启动参数也不管用
大佬们有遇到过类似的情况吗？
